For real talkers, an Unlimited plan can be
a real savings, but you need to be careful
what's included in your plan. We list plans
with, at the minimum, Unlimited Voice and
Test Messaging. Some plans only include Unlimited
Voice calls. Others include Unlimited Voice
minutes, Text, Mobile Web and even calls
to 411. Others may include Unlimited everything
but voice minutes. You may be a candidate for
a Unlimited plan so you
can see just how
many minutes you really
use when you're not
concerned about time limits.
Then, after
you've measured your actual
usage, you can
settle in to a regular
plan knowing your
normal talk patterns.
ALTERNATIVES TO UNLIMITED:
Even though some Unlimited plans are now
quite reasonable, there are even cheaper
ways to get the Unlimited service you need
without the full Unlimited price. Consider
Unlimited Nights and Weekends, Mobile to
Mobile and "MY Circle" type plans.
Going in other directions you can have Text
or Data Only Unlimited plans or consider
plans with everything Unlimited with a capped
amount on features you don't use very often.
